Here’s what happened, according to the girl’s mom:

“My daughter somehow snagged herself in the seat belt and it took multiple emergency services to get her out without damaging the car. The videos explain it all and thankfully my daughter was not freaked out. She is a very laid back child and that’s why it made this even more entertaining. She was trapped at a Buckies gas station in our vehicle in Melissa, Texas.”
