At the recent United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, USA, President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria was asked a question about Nigeria’s young people.
The question was: “President Buhari, Nigeria has a very young population, perhaps you might highlight what a pathway for a resilient future looks like.”
However, in the video, it appears that President Muhammadu Buhari didn’t understand the question and as a result, instead of talking about what plans he has for the future of Nigerian children, President Buhari started reading a prepared speech talking about climate change and Nigeria’s government’s efforts to address climate change, and totally answered the question off point, making it appear as if he didn’t understand what he was doing.
