Civil Defense unseals ground floor flat office of private security company in Festac, Town, Lagos
This happened on Thursday, 3 October, 2019 in Festac Town, Lagos. A team of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) officers unsealed the ground floor flat office of a private security company (name withheld) located at 22 Road, ‘K’ Close, Block 2, Festac Town, Lagos.
Alleged violation of the law
The NSCDC had previously sealed the office of the private security company allegedly due to some violations of regulations, particularly the law concerning both the registration and operations of private security companies in Nigeria.
The Unsealing
However, the NSCDC officers returned around 11:40am on Thursday, October 3, 2019 to unseal the office of the private security company after matters had allegedly been resolved between the civil defense agency of government and the security company.
